Symantec is another ‘decaying software asset’ for Broadcom to add to CA, analysts say

Symantec Corp. shares rally Wednesday following reports that Broadcom Ltd. is in late stage talks to acquire the cybersecurity software company and analysts couldn’t help but draw parallels between the deal and last year’s acquisition of CA Inc.
