Neiman Marcus lawyers call for dismissal of fraud suit, DMN reports

Lawyers for Neiman Marcus argued in Dallas County court last week for dismissal of a lawsuit charging the company fraudulently transferred its European e-commerce division to private equity owners to protect it from creditors.
