Google is building a solar power project above fishing ponds in Taiwan, its first in Asia

Google is the biggest corporate buyer of renewable energy in the world, and now the technology giant is building its first solar power project in Asia, directly above fishing ponds in Taiwan. The concept of floating solar power projects is booming in Asia as a result of population and land-use issues.
