Report: AT&T CEO made last-minute attempt to keep Time Warner deal out of the courtroom

AT&T's CEO Randall Stephenson reportedly met with the Department of Justice on Nov. 17 in an effort to modify the company's merger with Time Warner. The DOJ announced a lawsuit against the deal on the next business day.
