UPDATE 4-U.S. regulator approves CenturyLink's $24 bln Level 3 acquisition

WASHINGTON, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Telecommunications provider CenturyLink Inc on Monday won anti-trust approval from the U.S. Federal Communications Commission for its purchase of Level 3 Communications Inc, the agency said.
