Released in January 2014, the X2 Hot drivers are Callaway’s longest and most adjustable titanium drivers. The X2 Hot drivers feature Callaway’s Hyper Speed Face technology to create a large sweet spot positioned where golfers are most likely to make contact with the golf ball.
The standard version contains a 460cc head, offering 9-, 10.5- and 13.5-degree loft. The Pro version contains a 440cc head and is available in an 8.5-degree offering, featuring a lower and more neutral center of gravity. Both standard and Pro models carry a suggested retail price of $349.99.
In the X2 Hot Fairway Woods, Callaway expands its Hyper Speed Face Cup technology, incorporating a thinner face for added ball speed, particularly on impacts low on the face. The options in the X2 Hot Fairway Wood expands the distance and versatility choices for various player types and playing conditions.
The X2 Hot Hybrids provide golfers with a significant leap in performance, technology, and performance. They include, for the first time in a hybrid, the Hyper Speed Face Cup and Internal Standing Wave that helps to create a sweet spot 13 times larger than older models. A more contemporary head shape also complements a larger face area and less offset with a straighter leading edge. They feature the same stock shafts as other woods, with a suggested retail price of $199.99 per club. These products are available for order in January of 2014.
