PRLog - Nov. 16, 2013 - ORLANDO, Fla. -- Orlando-based hotel management company Foundations Hospitality announced today that the Hampton Brand has approved them to manage Hampton Inns and Hampton Inn and Suites through the United States.

“We couldn’t be happier to have this amazing endorsement from a world-class brand like Hampton. For 30 years they have been the beacon of hospitality and we are honored to associate ourselves with such an amazing lighthouse brand,” said Kevin Boudreaux, co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. Boudreaux went on to add “Our leadership’s experience with not only the Hampton brand but Hilton Worldwide’s other brands like Hilton Garden Inn, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and DoubleTree by Hilton provides our owners with a level of knowledge and experience unmatched in our industry.” Boudreaux is a former Hilton Worldwide University facilitator where he led GM Leadership programs for Hampton Hotels, Homewood Suites by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn. During his tenure with the Company he trained and certified over 1,000-hotel leaders.

This approval from the Hampton brand opens the door to management contract opportunities with the world’s largest and most respected brand. Foundations Hospitality is currently entertaining potential management contracts with Hampton owners throughout the United States. Combining the power of a Hampton franchise and the approved hotel management company services of Foundations Hospitality is a win-win for any Hampton hotel owner. “The Hampton brand has built itself as a lighthouse brand over the past 30-years. This has been achieved through the foundation of the brand, the 100% Hampton Guarantee. When it comes to driving sales and building guest loyalty, this is a tremendous advantage against any competing hotel,” said Michelle Wood, Foundations Hospitality’s Chief Sales & Marketing Officer. Wood went on to say, “We are delighted to add the Hampton brand to the list of hotel brands that we are approved to manage.”

Foundations Hospitality has launched it’s trademark management style known as Bringing Basics Back. “Industry trends have told us that guests want a simple and flawless stay. They want a clean room and friendly service. At Foundations Hospitality, we are taking that to heart and delivering our Bringing Basics Back program to not just our hotel team members and guests, but our owners as well,” said Boudreaux. “Owners want it simple. They want to drive revenues and decrease expenses all while doing business with a straightforward and transparent management company. Our industry-changing contract has no hidden fees like those that plague many owners across our country.” Foundations Hospitality meets with each owner and then presents a back to basics pricing model that meets the individual owner’s needs.
