Small Business Center Highlights Local CEO’s Success For Leadership Series Certification

PRLog - Oct. 25, 2013 - RALEIGH, N.C. -- Developed for entrepreneurs and small business owners, Wayne Business & Industry Center launched a Fall Leadership Series and tapped Olalah Njenga, CEO of YellowWood Group (http://www.yellowwoodgroup.com), to conclude the 5-part program.  The Fall Leadership Series is offered in partnership with Wayne Community College.  Njenga, who led her company to record growth during a recession, will discuss leadership strategies to navigate the challenges that modern leaders face in a dynamic marketplace and an ever-evolving workplace.

Njenga’s presentation, “Making a Difference Through Vision & Leadership” is the fifth and final installment of the open-to-the-public series.  The program helps participants gain the knowledge to integrate the tools of managing time and people, as well as achieve company and personal goals.  Director of the Business & Industry Center, Charles P. Gaylor, IV, remarks, “Today’s economic conditions demand that leaders, managers, supervisors, and business owners have the skills to ensure the future growth and profitability of their small businesses.”
