The Continuing Education department of Central Carolina Community College in Pittsboro, NC is offering a 4-month certificate program in managing social media for small businesses, taught by Martin Brossman and Karen Tiede.

To help fill this need for qualified social media managers, social media trainers Martin Brossman and Karen Tiede are offering a Social Media Management certificate program in the Fall semester in Continuing Education at Central Carolina Community College (CCCC) in Pittsboro, NC.
Titled “Social Media Management”, this Professional Development course (#3282) will focus on the concepts, techniques and tools for developing and managing professional social media programs. The 14-week course starts August 19 and runs through December 2, 2013, on Monday nights, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., at the Pittsboro / Chatham County campus of CCCC. Cost is $396.25. Maintaining a dynamic program is often beyond the capacity of their own busy staff, which gives rise to part-time or freelance social media management as a cost-effective solution.”
