Today the Company reported robust financial performance for the year ended, December 31, 2024. The Company achieved net income of $13.1 million, or $1.39 per basic share and $1.33 per diluted share, compared to net income of $6.3 million, or $0.87 per basic and diluted share, for the same period in 2023. This reflects significant growth in both revenue and profitability year-over-year, driven by strong increases in net interest income and noninterest income.

Additionally, occupancy and equipment expenses increased from $773,000 to $884,000, while other noninterest expenses rose from $2.27 million to $3.33 million.
