To earn certification, companies must complete the full training and demonstrate that they have implemented the strategies within their organization. Only a small percentage of companies that begin the program ultimately earn certification because of the operational and cultural change required.
The WCCXT program was created specifically for IT companies and managed service providers. It focuses on strengthening communication, accountability, and overall client experience. The goal is to help technology companies explain complex concepts clearly so business owners can make informed decisions with confidence.
