Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (844-337-6975) has updated its certification program for medspa workers, which combines online lessons and practical sessions.

—
In response to a growing demand for medical aesthetic procedures, the Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy has launched new easy-access classes that allow students to combine online and offline training.
More information about fast medspa training, work-from-home aesthetician options, and a complete list of courses can be found at https://academy.dermysk.com/
These new courses can be completed primarily online, from anywhere with an internet connection, with as little as one week spent on practical training at the nearest Dermysk Academy. Graduates from these courses will be able to begin working in a medspa immediately or to open a home clinic, with certifications to perform up to a dozen of the most popular aesthetic treatments.
The Dermysk Academy is known for training aestheticians at all skill levels and offers courses in Basic, Advanced, and Master-level treatments. While the Academy also provides training for injectable cosmetics, such as Botox, these courses are only available to registered healthcare providers, such as doctors and nurses.
With the Basic course, students can now complete all the educational training online, to learn about the science behind each treatment, the legal requirements of working in or running a medspa, and how to deal with common complications. While specialists estimate that this online training can be completed in as little as 7 weeks, this can vary widely, since each student can work at their own pace.
After completing the online lessons, students can attend their practical training at any Dermysk location across Canada. This hands-on training allows each student to gain real-world experience working with medspa tools, performing procedures on real clients, and handling complications, while carefully supervised by a Dermysk training specialist.
Graduates from the Basic course will be certified in up to a dozen popular procedures, including IPL hair and tattoo removal, fractional ablation, and micro-blading. They may also return at any time for training in complex techniques using the Dermysk Academy’s Advanced training.
In the Advanced class, students will learn how to perform body sculpting, laser gynecology, and stem cell treatments using platelet-rich plasma (PRP). Students can also access an intensive course that contains all of the content from the Basic and Advanced courses, by enrolling in the Master of Medical Aesthetics training program.
