CrossCountry Consulting, a leading business advisory and technology solutions firm, today announced its acquisition of CNM LLP (CNM), a leading Office of the CFO advisory firm headquartered in Southern California. This transaction strengthens CrossCountry’s national footprint with a significant West Coast presence and enhances its ability to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients nationwide.

The integration of CNM’s team expands CrossCountry’s ability to provide comprehensive, end-to-end solutions that address the evolving priorities of today’s finance leaders.

Founded in 2003, CNM has over 200 employees across offices in Los Angeles, Orange County, and San Diego, as well as New York and Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. CNM’s Managing Partner Sanjay Sheth will transition to become CrossCountry’s Los Angeles Office Managing Partner and Southern California Market Leader, providing continued leadership and further strengthening the firm’s presence in this key region.
