This investment comes at a time of strong tailwinds for the short-term rental industry. Global supply now exceeds more than 12 million properties and is projected to reach 17 million by 2029, with professionally managed properties accounting for an increasing share of that expansion. As operators continue to professionalize, the need for purpose-built operations software has never been greater.

Founded in 2017 by CEO Jeremiah Gall, Breezeway was built around a core belief: the value of vacation rental property management comes from the work operations teams do, the services they deliver, and the guest experiences they create.
