Company launches Autopilot for Contacts alongside Momentum Native Google Meet Recording to turn every sales conversation into CRM intelligence automatically
Momentum, a leader in AI revenue orchestration, today announced the beta launch of Momentum Native Google Meet Recording, the first conversation intelligence solution to capture meeting data from Google Meet without a recording bot, third-party sub-processor, or visible meeting participant.
Alongside this industry first, Momentum is launching Autopilot for Contacts, a new AI capability that extracts relationship intelligence from sales conversations and writes it directly to Salesforce. Together, these releases signal that Momentum’s pace of innovation has accelerated since joining Salesforce.
The problem with many conversation intelligence platforms today is that they rely on third-party recording bots to capture Google Meet calls. These bots join meetings as visible participants and often trigger consent prompts, forcing sales reps to spend valuable time explaining who the recording bot is and why they’re present, beginning meetings with friction instead of focus.
Bot-based recording also introduces additional subprocessors into the data flow, and in regulated industries, is frequently blocked outright. For enterprises in healthcare, financial services, and government, bot-based recording introduces compliance constraints that many organizations cannot accommodate.
“Recording infrastructure should be invisible,” said Santiago Suarez Ordoñez, co-founder and CEO of Momentum. “When a rep joins a customer conversation, the technology should support the interaction, not announce itself. Our native recording solution for Google Meet removes this friction at the architecture level.”
Momentum’s native recording functionality eliminates the operational and security challenges created by bots. Using Google’s own recording infrastructure, Momentum captures call data all without inserting a bot, routing audio through a third-party service, or introducing an additional meeting participant.
Momentum’s Native Google Meet Recording highlights include:
- No bot participant - Meetings feel natural. No awkward introductions, no confused attendees, no blocked recording requests.
- No third-party subprocessor - Audio data flows only through Google Meet and Momentum. Security reviews are simplified.
- Works in regulated environments - Organizations that previously restricted conversation intelligence due to bot policies can now deploy it.
- Enterprise-grade by default - No additional permissions, no separate consent flows, no IT workarounds.
“Enterprise AI adoption depends on trust,” continued Suarez Ordoñez. “When recording is native, secure, and invisible, teams can focus on customer conversation instead of compliance hurdles.”
Momentum’s Autopilot for Contacts
Momentum is also launching Autopilot for Contacts in beta. The new AI capability listens to what participants actually say on calls and captures it as structured CRM data. Titles, reporting structures, stakeholder influence, priorities, engagement signals, and contextual details are automatically extracted and written directly to the Salesforce Contact object. Revenue teams can then use this intelligence for personalized outreach, executive engagement, relationship mapping, and deal strategy.
“Sales teams hear critical relationship details every day, then lose them to notes, memory, or scattered systems,” said Jonathan Kvarfordt, VP of GTM Strategy and Marketing at Momentum. “Autopilot for Contacts captures that context automatically and writes it into Salesforce, so teams can act on what customers actually said without adding extra admin work.”
Delivered first by Momentum, these launches address structural limitations in the conversation intelligence market and set a new standard for how meeting data should be captured and contextualized.
