Ethos Capital Reinforces Value Creation as the Engine to Drive Performance

Senior Salesforce Executive Joins to Strengthen Operator-Led Performance Model

Ethos Capital, a global alternative asset manager with approximately $5 billion in assets under management, today announced the continued expansion of its Office of Value Creation with the appointment of Lauri Palmieri as Principal. The appointment reflects the Firm’s long-standing belief, shaped by years of experience and learning, that sustained investment outperformance is achieved through disciplined execution, operational excellence, and deep partnership with portfolio company leadership teams.

In her new role, Palmieri will work closely with Ethos Capital Partners, including former Fortune 100 C-suite executives, to strengthen the structure, execution, and measurement of value creation initiatives. Her work will help capitalize on the Firm’s proprietary Acceleration Vector (AV) Methodology, a disciplined framework for systematically identifying, prioritizing, and executing high-impact growth opportunities.

“In an environment defined by increased competition, higher performance expectations, and commoditization of capital, the need to drive sustainable value has never been greater,” said Stephen Gold, Chief Value Creation Officer. “Lauri will be instrumental in harnessing the experience of our Partners to help management teams translate strategic opportunity into measurable outcomes.”

Value creation is central to “Ethos Capitalism,” the Firm’s disciplined, stakeholder-aligned approach to building enduring businesses. It balances long-term investor returns with durable value for employees, customers, suppliers, and the communities in which portfolio companies operate. Grounded in active ownership and collaborative partnership, this model draws on deep operating experience across areas including artificial intelligence, digital transformation, product innovation, securitization, and branding.

“What drew me to Ethos is their long-term orientation and hands-on approach to helping build enduring businesses,” said Palmieri. “It’s a fundamentally different approach, one that appeals to investors and leadership teams alike.”

Ethos Capital expects to continue expanding its Office of Value Creation in 2026 as part of its commitment to embedding operating excellence at scale.
