Media Advisory: UnityLab to Announce Funding Through Pennsylvania Rural Jobs and Investment Tax Credit Program That Will Bring at Least 150 New Jobs to Dushore

What: Joint press conference with UnityLab, Advantage Capital, state legislative partners to announce significant new public-private funding for job creation at Dushore factory. Featured speakers include:

Why: UnityLab is expanding its Dushore operations through funding from the Pennsylvania Rural Jobs and Investment Tax Credit Program (PJITC), along with rural community public-private investments led by Advantage Capital, and legislative support from The Center for Rural Pennsylvania, State Rep. Tina Pickett, and State Rep. Joe Hamm. This new funding will support the creation of as many as 150 new jobs at the 76,000-square foot Dushore facility, which UnityLab acquired as part of a deal with Hoffman-NewYorker, Inc., a manufacturer of boilers and presses. At the event, the company will also detail additional revitalization efforts for the facility.
