PS Business Parks, Inc. (“PSB”) today announced that on September 2, 2022, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on various series of depository shares, each representing 1/1,000 of a share of preferred stock in the following amounts:

Distributions for shares of preferred stock will be payable on September 30, 2022 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on September 15, 2022.
