Singapore / Gelephu, Bhutan, Feb 3, 2026 — Matrixport announced that its Bhutan entity, Matrix Bhutan Pte Ltd, has been granted a Financial Services License (FSL) by the Gelephu Financial Services Office (GFSO).

The license authorizes the company to provide a range of regulated financial services within or from Gelephu Mindfulness City (GMC), including money services, dealing in investments as matched principal, and custody services. The approval represents a significant milestone following the In-Principle Approval (IPA) received in December 2025, and marks the formal commencement of licensed operations by Matrix Bhutan Pte Ltd for the authorized activities under Bhutan’s regulatory framework.
