Drawing from over a decade of hands-on experience in aviation maintenance, Manzano identified a gap in the industry-affordable, practical resources for new technicians entering the field.
"I noticed that a lot of entry-level mechanics were struggling with access to practical tools and simplified guides," says Manzano. "So I started working on my own materials-something easy to understand, affordable, and focused on real-world tasks."
The new platform offers custom-built starter toolkits, downloadable checklists, and exam-focused resources tailored to those pursuing their Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certification. The soft launch includes an online store and digital resource library, with plans to expand into video tutorials, mentorship groups, and live Q&A sessions in the coming months.
While still in its early stages, the project reflects Manzano's broader mission to make aviation safer and more accessible through education and empowerment.
