Veteran lawyer brings wealth of experience in business bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation

With over 40 years of experience in business bankruptcy, creditors' rights, complex commercial litigation and receivership, Silver is a recognized leader in his field. He has extensive experience in litigation arising from Ponzi schemes and other fraudulent activities, including the bankruptcy representation of the largest victims' group of more than 80 defrauded investors in the $1.2 billion Ponzi scheme involving Scott Rothstein's defunct 70-attorney law firm. For his work on this case, Silver received a "Most Effective Lawyers" award in bankruptcy from the Daily Business Review.
Silver joins the firm after holding senior litigation roles and leading practice groups in other full-service law firms.
