Rick Earley is a seasoned entrepreneur and business leader with decades of experience building and scaling innovative companies across multiple industries, including manufacturing, automotive, and packaging. Rick founded MetPro Group, a global technology company focused on corrosion protection packaging for the automotive and steel industries, Rick led MetPro for nearly two decades prior to its sale a private equity firm, the Jordan Company (Transcendia). Rick was also co-owner of Floeter Inc, which was acquired by Prudential. (Ampac) Since then, Rick also founded Cirtex Ltd, one of Ireland's leading circular economy companies specializing in upcycling textiles and more recently, has expanded into the UK with the creation of Circomatt Ltd.
