     On February 7, 2007, Gardner Denver, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2006 and guidance for diluted earnings per share for the first quarter of 2007 and for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2007 (the “Press Release”).
