ITEM 7.01. Regulation FD.
     On June 4-6, 2008, representatives of Apartment Investment and Management Company (“Aimco”), including Thomas M. Herzog, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, and David Robertson, Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer/President and Chief Executive Officer Aimco Capital, will meet with investors and analysts at NAREIT’s REITWeek 2008 being held in New York, NY. During those meetings, Aimco representatives will distribute the attached presentation. The presentation is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
