On
November 5, 2007, Mesa Air Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced
that its Chief Financial Officer, George “Peter” Murnane
III, has been terminated. The Company has appointed William Hoke, Vice
President of Finance, as interim Chief Financial Officer.
