     On November 10, 2010, Navios Maritime Acquisition Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2010, a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share of its common stock and the acquisition of two new build LR1 tankers. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is incorporated herein by reference.
