Item 8.01   Other Events.
     On September 2, 2010, we issued a press release announcing that our wholly owned subsidiary, Nabors Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation, has received commitment letters relating to a revolving credit facility in the aggregate principal amount of up to $700 million, with an option to add other lenders and increase the aggregate principal amount of commitments up to $850 million. The revolving credit facility is expected to mature in four years.
     The press release is is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, and is incorporated herein by reference.
