Item 7.01          Regulation FD Disclosure

On July 12, 2018, Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.07 per share on July 11, 2018.  The dividend is payable on August 6, 2018 to shareholders of record as of July 23, 2018.
