Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On May 19, 2005, The Children’s Place Retail Stores, Inc. (the "Company") held a conference call with investors to discuss the Company’s financial information for the fiscal quarter ended April 30, 2005 that was contained in the Company’s press release of May 19, 2005, as well as the Company’s outlook for fiscal 2005. A transcript of this conference call is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
