Item 8.01 Other Events.
On September 7, 2010, Denny's Corporation (the "Company") announced, in anticipation of investor meetings, that it has added its most recent PowerPoint presentation to its website. The Company also provided an update on its August, 2010 Same Store Sales, which represented meaningful improvement year over year, and on its Flying J conversions. A copy of the press release is being furnished pursuant to Item 8.01 of Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
