KBR, Inc. announced that on September 25, 2013, the United States District Court Southern District of New York entered a judgment confirming the Company’s arbitration award against Pemex Exploration and Production (PEP). A copy of the press release announcing the ruling is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
