APPOINTMENT OF OFFICERS

On March 31, 2010, Mr. Richard L. Belstock, the Controller of Plumas Bancorp and Plumas Bank (the "Company"), was appointed to serve as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr. Belstock joined the Company as its Controller in June 2006. From August 1989 to August 1999 he held the position of Controller of Sierra West Bancorp and Sierra West Bank in Truckee, California. He earned a B.A. in Mathematics from the University of Colorado and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Denver. Mr. Belstock, age 53, has been a licensed CPA since 1980.
