On May 14, 2008, the Company made the permitted election under the Indenture governing its 9.625%/10.375% Senior Toggle Notes due 2015 to pay all interest due on December 1, 2008 (i.e., for the interest period beginning on June 1, 2008 and ending November 30, 2008) in kind.
