Item 8.01. Other Events.

On November 13, 2018, Shutterfly, Inc. (the “Company”) hosted an analyst meeting at its Shakopee, Minnesota facility. The meeting included presentations from executive management and leaders of the Company’s Consumer, Lifetouch and SBS segments. As publicly announced prior to the event, the meeting was available for live webcast and a replay of the webcast is available for playback on the “Investor Relations” section of the Company’s website. The slide deck from the meeting is being voluntarily filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
