We had a combined Integration Planning kick-off meeting this week with leaders from both McDermott and CB&I planning teams. The meeting went very well and provided an opportunity for both companies to meet their respective colleagues as part of integration planning and to learn more about how each respective company operates today. We expect to hold several more planning meetings after the holidays and into the New Year.
An important discussion at the planning kick-off was guidelines on engagement between the two companies. These guidelines can be found on the Integration Planning internal website created on LinQ. It is very important employees adhere to these guidelines.
One of the most important things employees can do to help make this a success is stay focused and continue delivering the highest level of quality to our customers and stakeholders while maintaining an unwavering commitment to safety.
Im honored to be leading the IMO and look forward to representing McDermott as we start to map out the future of the combined companies. We will continue to share information and progress as we work through this important part of the process.
Tony
Chief Integration Officer
