Acquisition of LG Display shares by Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Sang Beom Han, Representative Director and Chief Executive Officer of LG Display, acquired 10,000 shares of LG Display on March 22nd 2016 in transactions on the Korea Exchange.

Acquisition of LG Display shares by Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Sang Don Kim, Director and Chief Financial Officer of LG Display, acquired 1,000 shares of LG Display on March 23rd 2016 in transactions on the Korea Exchange.
