Item 8.01 Other Events.

On December 21, 2015, Kraton Polymers LLC issued a press release announcing the extension of and certain amendments to its previously announced tender offer and consent solicitation to purchase for cash any and all of its outstanding 6.75% Senior Notes due 2019 that were co-issued by Kraton Polymers Capital Corporation (the “Notes”). As of December 20, 2015, $249,386,000 in aggregate principal amount, or approximately 71.25%, of the Notes outstanding had been validly tendered and not validly withdrawn. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
