Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

Weatherford is scheduled to present at the Barclays Energy Conference 2012 today. A copy of the presentation materials is on the Investor Relations portion of our website. Due to excessive rains in Canada during the current quarter, we currently expect the rate of growth in our third quarter revenues and margins to be lower than our prior expectations. Canada is a large market for Weatherford.
