Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 20, 2009, Frank M. Drendel, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of CommScope, Inc. (“CommScope”) terminated a sales plan entered into pursuant to Rule 10b5–1 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended, relating to the sale of CommScope’s common stock. The entry into this plan by Mr. Drendel was disclosed by CommScope on its Current Report on Form 8–K furnished on May 16, 2008.
