Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated October 23, 2008, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
By letter dated October 23, 2008, the Company reported that its Board of Directors has decided to amend minimum payable price of the plan for the acquisition of shares issued by the Company reported on August 26, 2008.
As a consequence of the significant downward trend in the capital markets of today, aggravated by the general situation of the international markets, the Board of Directors has decided to reduce the minimum payable price to Ps. 1.00 per share.
Such minimum price will be subject to an exchange rate of Ps. 3.24 per dollar, which implies that the variations in the exchange rate will adjust the minimum price automatically.
