Attached is an English translation of the summary of the letter dated October 10, 2008, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores:
By letter dated October 10, 2008, the Company reported that its Board of Directors considering the current crisis in international capital markets, has decided to amend the plan for the acquisition of shares issued by the Company and reported on August 26, 2008, as amended on October 8, 2008. The current amendment reduce the minimum payable price to Ps. 2.13 per share, subject to an exchange rate equivalent to Argentine Ps. 3.2235 per U.S. Dollar, which implies that the fluctuations of the exchange rate will at the same time adjust automatically the minimum payable price.
