On October 3, 2007, Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. (“Keystone”) issued a press release titled “Keystone Automotive Industries, Inc. Receives Affirmative Recommendation From Three Independent Proxy Advisory Firms For Proposed LKQ Merger”.
