Cancellation of Treasury Stock
TOKYO, JAPAN, March 23, 2005 — NTT DoCoMo, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors’ Meeting held on March 23, 2005 approved the cancellation of treasury stock pursuant to article 212 of the Japanese Commercial Code.
