On April 20, 2006, we announced an increase in the quarterly dividend paid on our common stock by seven percent to 30 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable May 15, 2006, to shareholders of record at the close of business May 1, 2006. The previous quarterly dividend payment was 28 cents a share. A copy of the press release announcing our first quarter 2006 dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1. |
