CERAGON NETWORKS® CFO LEAVING TO TAKE ANOTHER POSITION
TEL AVIV, Israel, June 22, 2004–Ceragon Networks Ltd. (NASDAQ: CRNT), www.ceragon.com, a global provider of high-capacity broadband wireless systems, today announced that Ran Oz, Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving Ceragon, effective September 1st to join NICE Systems (NASDAQ: NICE) as corporate vice president and chief financial officer.
“We are grateful for Ran’s important role at Ceragon during the last three years,” said Shraga Katz, president and CEO, Ceragon Networks Ltd. “We appreciate what he has done for the company and wish him well in his new endeavors.”
The company has commenced the search for a new CFO.
