Regulation FD Disclosure.
As previously disclosed, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Wynn Resorts, Limited (the “Company”) appointed a Special Committee of the Board (the “Special Committee”) to investigate and review matters described in the Company’s annual report on Form 10-K. At its regularly scheduled Board meeting on August 3, 2018, the Board received the final presentation from the Special Committee. The Special Committee will provide the presentation to the Company’s gaming regulators. In deference to the ongoing regulatory investigations, the Board and the Company will have no further public statement on the results until the regulatory investigations are completed.
