Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On July 5, 2018, Wynn Resorts, Limited (the “Company”) announced that Kim Sinatra will cease to serve as the Company’s Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary, effective July 15, 2018.  Ms. Sinatra and the Company have not finalized the terms of her transition and departure.
