On October 26, 2016, Dolby Laboratories, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fiscal quarter and fiscal year ended September 30, 2016. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

On October 26, 2016, the Company announced a cash dividend of $0.14 per share of Class A and Class B Common Stock, payable on November 16, 2016 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 7, 2016.
