In a general meeting held on June 21,
2010, the Board of Directors of Bancolombia S.A. (“Bancolombia”) authorized its
administration to begin the process of opening a branch in Panama. For these
purposes, Bancolombia will apply for a general banking license before the
authorities of Colombia and Panama.
