On May 9, 2005, Streicher Mobile Fueling, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the filing of a Form 8-K/A which provided the required financial statement and pro forma information related to the Company’s acquisition by its wholly-owned subsidiary, SMF Services, Inc., of Houston-based Shank Services. The Company hereby incorporates by reference into this Item 8.01 the information set forth in that press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
